Easy hair care Routine for every hair type





It's normal to lose 100 to 150 strands of hair per day. but According to the American Academy of Dermatologists, it’s normal to lose  50 to 100 strands of hair per day.

Some daily hair loss is normal. here is some easy hair care routine that you will love...

Haircare Tips For Every Type...

1. Our hair needs to be nourished. so we should apply oil on our hair at least on weekends. if you have dry hair, then you can oil your hair regularly. for oily hair then oil once a week. if you have normal hair then you are blessed you can oil your hair twice a week. do hot oil massage once a week at least. don't rub your scalp massage gently.



2. Don't wash your hair every day. if you wash your hair too often it will dry and damage your hair. because shampoo contains harsh chemical like sulphate to create lather.

if you have oily hair you can wash your hair on alternate days. if you have dry hair or skin you can wash your hair twice a week. if you have normal then you can wash once a week.

wash your hair with lukewarm water.



3. Don't dry off using a towel. you can use a microfiber towel. the better option is to squeeze out excess water and then dry off using an old cotton Tshirt.



4. protect your hair before heat styling. use a heat protector before using heat styling tools and avoid blow-drying.



5. sleep on a silk pillowcase.



6. protect your hair from UV rays. you can cover your hair with a hat, cap or scarf before going out.  you can use hair sunscreen. you should also protect your hair from rain and wind.



7. don't step out with wet or oily hair.

8. use soft hair elastics.



.9. you should use a wide teeth comb. use proper brushing technique.



10. don't tie your hair tightly it will prevent breakage.



11. Trim your hair once a month.



12.  Maintain cleanliness for healthy hair.



13. Use a hair mask that suited for your hair.



14. Drink lots of water.



15. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
